Kel-Mar provided general contracting services for this unique alternative retail space in the Dumont Plaza Suites Hotel that combined a retail sales area for luxury cosmetics and fragrances with a cluster of private rooms for spa services. This elegant 2,000 square foot space was designed to resemble a Parisian street, complete with faux painting and a trompe l'oeil scene that adorned walls and ceilings. The synthetic stone tile floor and dormered soffits gives the appearance of a sidewalk storefront, while simultaneously concealing all of the ductwork.
