Restoration and expansion of a triplex penthouse luxury apartment residence in an individually designated landmark building. Rooftop skylight above cast glass floors filters natural light through central space below. A 4500' square foot addition to existing mansard structure required construction of a complex structural steel frame, an extension of the building passenger elevators and new mechanical and electrical services.
